David Somoza Martin was born in Alicante, Spain and spent his first 14 years there before moving to Palm Springs, California in 1982, and eventually settling in San Diego. He's a web developer and a freelance photographer. His muse is his beautiful wife, Michelle. His favorite subjects are his son Jack, and his stepdaughters Molly and Kelly. He's passionate about nature and has photographed landscapes in Santa Fe, Taos, Sedona, Lake Tahoe, Julian, Idyllwild, and California Beaches. His candid portraits (another inspiration for him) have appeared in the San Diego Family Magazine.
